Job Description
The client is looking for a Change Manager to work in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Description:
Change Management is responsible for controlling the introduction of changes in the customer infrastructure, ensuring that any modifications to services or resources are implemented correctly, following standard procedures, and resulting in minimal or no impact on customer services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation of the customer’s telecom and IS/IT infrastructure and service portfolio to meet evolving business requirements while safeguarding services
- Reduce outages, disruptions, and rework through effective change management
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the customer
- Chair Change Advisory Board (CAB) calls and ensure compliance with Change Management processes, including adherence to WLAs and WIs
Typical Interfaces:
- GNOC, Field, Engineering, PQMs, and MSIPs
Tools & Resources:
- OneTM, BMC Remedy, IPCM, USMS, ACUT, and other relevant customer tools

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Telecom/IT
- ITIL Certification
