Business Analyst

The client is looking for a Business Analyst (healthcare) to work in Dubai.

The client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join their healthcare team. The role will focus on translating business needs into clear requirements, enabling data-driven decision-making, and supporting the delivery of innovative solutions to improve patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and overall healthcare service quality.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clinicians, administrators, and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze healthcare processes (patient journeys, care pathways, operational workflows) and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
• Support the development and monitoring of KPIs related to patient care, efficiency, and compliance.
• Assist in validating and interpreting data extracts, dashboards, and reports.
• Ensure data quality and compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, local data privacy laws).
• Prepare business cases, user stories, and project documentation for solution delivery.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and data/engineering teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with healthcare systems (EHR/EMR, HIS, claims, etc.).
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik) is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
