BO CS DT Engineer

Responsible for the integration, modification, configuration, and change management of live Core Network nodes, including UDC, 5G Core SA, PGs, HSS-FE, HLR-FE, FNRs, MSS Blade Clusters, MGWs, STPs, DSC/IP-STPs, IMS, and GMSCs.
Manage the integration of new network nodes and introduction of new services, ensuring successful implementation in accordance with approved network designs and operational requirements.
Implement and manage E2E network designs and signaling routing across multiple protocols, including Diameter, SIP, and SIGTRAN, while aligning network solutions with customer technical requirements and network topology.
Develop, validate, and implement configuration scripts and Design Templates (DTs) for Core Network elements and associated signaling platforms.
Configure and manage analysis and routing tables, including Pre-B-Number Analysis, B-Number Analysis, A-Number Analysis, Routing Analysis, EOS Analysis, Call Forwarding Analysis, SSF Triggering Tables, HLR Location Area Number Series Analysis, C7 Global Title Analysis, and IMSI Series Analysis.
Manage end-to-end routing and signaling flows across Core Network nodes and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of network projects.
Prepare, review, and validate Core Network configuration scripts, ensuring compliance with approved network designs, technical standards, and implementation procedures.
Monitor network performance using KPIs, traffic statistics, dependability parameters, and capacity indicators to identify performance gaps and recommend appropriate network improvements.
Conduct quarterly configuration audits across CS, UDM, DSC, and 5G Core SA nodes to verify compliance with approved network designs and identify required configuration updates.
Configure and troubleshoot SIGTRAN signaling, including LSL, HSL, M2PA, and M3UA, as well as Nb/IP, A/IP, and IuCs/IP interfaces from both MSC and MGW sides.
Manage and implement Mobile Number Portability (MNP) configurations and associated signaling and routing requirements.
Configure and manage IN triggering tables and interrogation procedures, ensuring correct routing and service triggering across Core Network elements.
Support Circuit-Switched Fallback (CSFB) configuration and related activities associated with LTE network evolution and new node integration.
Manage GMSR filtering and signaling routing configurations to ensure efficient and accurate message handling across the network.
Prepare and implement HLR/HSS configuration scripts, including the definition and configuration of APNs, ESM Contexts, ESM Profiles, and RealMS routing.
Perform detailed network analysis, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis to resolve complex Core Network and signaling issues.
Collaborate closely with planning, optimization, operations, transmission, IT, and other technical teams to ensure effective project execution and network stability.
Demonstrate strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and solution-oriented skills, with the ability to manage complex Core Network configurations and technical challenges.
