Back Office Engineer – Ericsson CS Core & IMS

The client is looking for a Back Office Engineer – Ericsson CS Core & IMS to work a 12 Month (Extendable) contract in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Job Overview:

The client is currently seeking an experienced Back Office Engineer to join their team in Riyadh on a 12-month extendable contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Operations and Maintenance (O&M) with hands-on experience in Ericsson CS Core and IMS Nodes. If you have worked on Ericsson IMS and CS Core equipment in the past 2 years and are passionate about supporting telecom network infrastructure, they would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2/3 support for Ericsson CS Core and IMS nodes (MGW, MSC-S, HSS, CSCF, etc.).
• Handle incident, problem, and change management related to Core and IMS network infrastructure.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot complex network issues.
• Support planned maintenance, upgrades and migrations.
• Coordinate with field and front office teams to ensure optimal network performance.
• Generate operational and performance reports as required.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of configurations and network changes.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Ericsson CS Core and IMS Nodes.
• Solid O&M background in telecom networks.
• Must have worked on Ericsson IMS and CS Core equipment within the last 2 years.
• Strong understanding of telecom network architecture and signalling protocols.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, 24/7 support environment when needed.
