B2B Account Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented B2B Account Manager to manage corporate and institutional clients. This hybrid role combines relationship management with backend operational support responsibilities, including data entry, reporting, and coordination.
This is not a sales-focused role. Instead, the successful candidate will focus on client relationship management, onboarding support, reporting, and operational coordination to ensure long-term client success.
The ideal candidate must currently be based in the UAE and have experience working with SaaS platforms while managing B2B client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day account management for assigned B2B clients (corporates, government entities, insurance partners)
- Coordinate onboarding, user activation, engagement initiatives, and support processes for client employees or beneficiaries
- Input, update, and verify account data, participant details, and client configuration settings within admin systems
- Monitor platform usage and performance metrics; generate weekly/monthly reports for clients and leadership
- Serve as the operational point-of-contact for troubleshooting, support tickets, and data updates
- Support proposal development, client presentations, and upsell opportunities where relevant
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, growth, data, customer care) to ensure seamless service delivery
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 2–4 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or B2B operations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship management skills
- Strong attention to detail with experience in data entry, CRMs, or administrative platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with data dashboard tools
- Ability to multitask across multiple accounts, deadlines, and reporting requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Health Sciences, or a related field
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in health tech, wellness platforms, or employee benefits SaaS
- Familiarity with admin platforms, low-code/no-code systems, or customer support tools
- Understanding of healthcare data privacy principles (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR)
