Job Summary:

The Automation Solutions Architect is responsible for defining automation scope, designing robust end-to-end automation solutions, and leading technical delivery across automation projects. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to build business cases, define architecture, guide automation engineers, and ensure successful deployment of scalable, high-quality automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define automation scope and design comprehensive automation solutions, driving end-to-end technical delivery.
• Work closely with core project team members to develop business cases, design automation frameworks, assign tasks to automation engineers, and monitor progress.
• Architect integration between customer devices and automation systems, ensuring secure, scalable, and stable connectivity.
• Collaborate with business and process owners to understand challenges and translate them into effective automation strategies.
• Guide automation engineers in implementation and deployment of automation solutions.
• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and reliability of all completed automations.
• Support deployment, testing, troubleshooting, and post-implementation stabilization of automation solutions.
• Write, review, and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs and project-related documents.
• Work with project managers to drive technical workstreams, solution timelines, and level-of-effort estimations.

Technical Skills & Expertise:

• Strong experience in Python for Automation and AI, including developing end-to-end automation scripts, data pipelines, and API integrations.
• Hands-on experience in process automation: automated data ingestion, scheduled pipelines, and SQL-based data transformations.
• Expertise in API automation: REST API development, consumption, and integration with cloud platforms and services.
• Data engineering experience including ETL automation, Python+SQL workflows, and handling large-scale datasets.
• Database automation skills: big data operations, bulk insert automation, performance tuning, and optimization.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, SQL Server, and SSIS.
