Automation Engineer

• Lead Runbook and Robotic Automation projects, implementing end-to-end automations by integrating traditional automation with AI/ML technologies.
• Develop and deploy automated alarm detection and troubleshooting systems, including static threshold alerts and AI-driven anomaly detection mechanisms.
• Analyze, design, and deliver AI-powered, end-to-end technical solutions tailored to meet business needs.
• Translate customer requirements and emerging technology opportunities into profitable and scalable technical offerings and automation solutions.
• Define and design innovative solution offerings, driving end-to-end technical implementation across multiple automation and AI/ML use cases.
• Conduct deep analysis of customer technology environments, gathering and refining business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with core teams to identify, assess, and prioritize a pipeline of potential automation and AI/ML initiatives.
• Create and deliver technical presentations and solution proposals; lead customer workshops and demos to support pre-sales and solution adoption.
• Maintain a strong understanding of emerging technologies and industry trends, sharing insights with teams to support innovation and customer upskilling initiatives.

Duties and Activities

• Design and implement Runbook Automation.
• Build and maintain automated alarm detection systems using static thresholds and ML-based anomaly detection.
• Develop scripts, workflows, and APIs for integrating automation into existing platforms.
• Conduct root cause analysis of recurring incidents and automate remediation steps.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for automation workflows, AI models, and integrations.
• Assist with customer engagements: gather technical requirements, prepare solution designs, and deliver presentations.
• Track and report progress on automation projects, including cost savings, efficiency gains, and incident reduction.
• Stay current with emerging technologies in automation, AI/ML, and AIOps to recommend innovations.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, workshops, and customer competence building on automation solutions.
