Automated Operation Team Lead

About this Opportunity:

We are looking for an Automated Operation Team Lead who will be responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting a large-scale telecom network. The role includes coordination, management, troubleshooting, and reactive maintenance activities, as well as creating and conducting internal knowledge-sharing sessions for the team.

What You Will Do

• Ensure configuration changes and troubleshooting of Core and RAN networks are carried out in line with approved processes

• Ensure MSTOP processes are strictly followed in the workplace

• Participate in internal technical discussions to improve network monitoring and first-level troubleshooting support, and provide recommendations

• Ensure correct working methodologies, best practices, and continuous improvements to enhance efficiency

• Manage fault handling, including trouble ticket (TT) management and fault localization within SLA

• Support and coordinate with the team on change management activities and CR implementation

• Ensure incident recovery within defined SLA

• Lead the team and ensure fulfillment of all KPIs

• Improve engineers’ performance during shift operations and share knowledge and guidelines to ensure work quality and process consistency

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, majoring in Communication and Electronics Engineering

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in RAN, CS, and PS troubleshooting within telecom networks

• Strong understanding of core network protocols such as SIP, H.248, SS7, ISUP, BICC, SIGTRAN, INAP, CAP, TCAP, MAP, SCCP, and Diameter

• In-depth knowledge of call flows in CS Core and VoLTE/IMS environments

• Clear understanding of 2G, 3G, and 4G core network nodes, protocols, and signaling flows

• Strong hands-on experience in Operations & Maintenance of Voice Core CS nodes and RAN

• Proven experience handling second-level operational support for Core and RAN nodes

• Good knowledge of virtualization, cloud-based NFVI, and NFVO environments (highly preferred)
