The client is looking for an Account Manager to work in Thailand.

Job Description:

  • As a key member of their sales and customer success organisation, you will be responsible for managing and growing their valued client relationships.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned accounts
  • Understand and address the unique needs of each client, providing tailored solutions and exceptional customer service
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver the best possible outcomes for clients
  • Monitor and analyse account performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic initiatives
  • Contribute to the development of sales and account management strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights to clients

 

What the client is looking for:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably within the technology industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering win-win solutions
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in the use of CRM systems and other sales-related tools
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
