The client is looking for an Account Manager to work in Thailand.
Job Description:
- As a key member of their sales and customer success organisation, you will be responsible for managing and growing their valued client relationships.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned accounts
- Understand and address the unique needs of each client, providing tailored solutions and exceptional customer service
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver the best possible outcomes for clients
- Monitor and analyse account performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic initiatives
- Contribute to the development of sales and account management strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights to clients
What the client is looking for:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably within the technology industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering win-win solutions
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in the use of CRM systems and other sales-related tools
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
