4G/5G Optimization Engineer

The client is looking for a number 4G/5G Optimization Engineers to work 8 month rolling contracts based in various locations in Turkey.

Locations:

• 4G/ 5G = 1 x Ankara, 1x Diyarbakir, 1x Keyseri, 1x Erzurum

Key Responsibilities:

• 4G+SRAN / 5G Site Tuning Babysitting working permanently at customer premises.
• Selected candidate should teach customer in Nokia 4G/5G KPI monitoring, optimization and acceptance process:
• Act as NPO Representative in front of customer to clarify doubts about cluster acceptance process
• Interface directly with customers to address NPO technical queries  and ensure satisfaction.
• Work within a multi-vendor environment, leveraging cross-functional communication with Regional Optimization team and Customer to get Cluster acceptance.
• Verify network parameter settings post-swap and monitor KPIs to support customer in Swap process follow up.
• Generate comprehensive technical documentation and reports detailing swap progress, challenges, and solutions.

Skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field.
• Strong working experience on Radio Access technologies (planning & optimization) and swap projects.
• Independent level on Nokia 4G/5G parameters, counters, and KPIs.
• Proficiency in drive test data analysis and network optimization tools.
• Experience with 4G/5G  swap projects.
• Familiarity with OSS platforms.
