𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆

The ENM / ENIQ Engineer is responsible for the administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of OSS platforms, primarily Network Manager (ENM) and Network IQ (ENIQ).
The position is critical to maintaining the stability, availability, and performance of the OSS environment, while proactively identifying system degradations and implementing continuous improvements.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Perform 2nd Line Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support for ENM and ENIQ systems.
• Monitor OSS platform health and ensure hardware/software is maintained under control.
• Perform routine backups and restore validation for ENM and ENIQ systems.
• Take ownership of all changes introduced into the ENM/ENIQ environment after project handover.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀

• Strong hands-on experience with: ENM & ENIQ
• Good understanding of: GSM & WCDMA / UMTS & LTE & 5G NR
• Linux system, SQL, database administration & troubleshooting
• Unix Shell Scripting & Python
• VMware/OpenStack concepts
• OSS platform administration and troubleshooting
• 3+ years of experience in telecom OSS support environment.
