    Training

    At Leadership level the training combines  mentoring from the most senior members of Tangent, and the best of external leadership training. To date, four leaders have completed MBAs through us.

    We have a sophisticated appraisal system that is conducted by our expert managers who know how to nurture talent and different personalities.  We go beyond just sales figures and look at values, innovation and commitment when promoting colleagues. In the last 12 months there has been over 20 promotions.

New Horizons Band 1

We are masters of on-boarding and developing new joiners. Our Academy will take you from newbie to an expert with your own patch  in under six months.
