    Training

    At Leadership level the training combines  mentoring from the most senior members of Tangent, and the best of external leadership training. To date, four leaders have completed MBAs through us.

    Promotion Criteria

    As a Director your opportunity to grow and learn doesn’t stop. Opportunities include: relocate and start new offices, build new Divisions under your steward and further integrate into the Corporate planning are all open to you.

Divisional Band 3

All of our leaders have been developed and promoted from within. We want this pattern to continue and offer access to higher education, including MBAs as well as some of the greatest external trainers within leadership and management.

We are masters of on-boarding and developing new joiners. Our Academy will take you from newbie to an expert with your own patch  in under six months.
