Job Description

Ying Cui is looking for a French and English speaking Account Manager to work in Africa.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for gaining insight into the changes and trends in the government and enterprise market, expanding opportunities in the region, breaking through and maintaining customer relationships, guiding customer needs and strategic directions, and supporting effective business growth;
  • Establishment and management of customer relationship platform
  • Customer business success promoter
  • Sales project leader
  • Responsible for the quality of transactions throughout the entire process: Responsible for the end-to-end transaction and operation management of projects/project groups/business units, aiming at transaction quality and effectively achieving business goals.


  • Full-time undergraduate degree or above, preferably in communications, electronics, computer and other related majors.
  • More than 3 years of working experience in the sales field, experience in independent project operation, customer interface work experience, experience as a sales project PD is preferred.
  • Applicants with experience in developing customer relation with telecom operators, partners will be given priority.
  • Market insight, good at discovering new opportunities, and strong resource coordination capabilities, able to mobilize resources to achieve business goals.
  • Strong self-motivation, strong sense of goal and crisis awareness, and eager to succeed.
  • Customer relationship building capabilities, able to quickly establish customer relationships with high-level customers of operators.
