Kai is looking for a RF Manager to work in Indonesia on a permanent basis. The client is looking to hire Indonesian candidates only.
1. Responsible for optimization of Nokia/Huawei Products 2G/3G/4G
2. Prepare and deliver technical network design and dimensioning
3. Performing network audits
4. Prepare and deliver Parameter optimization script (Nokia/Huawei XML Language)
5. Coordination with implementation and field teams during activity if required
6. Actively shares key learnings and project documentation within own technical community
7. Works typically in several technology areas and ready to be developed and improved to the next skill level.
8. Support any NPM technical issues related to KPI analysis
9. Technical support tasks including fault diagnosis and troubleshooting within own competence area.
10. Provides support for complex technical activities such a SW upgrades and technical audits.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in electrical engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Energy Power and Mechanical Engineering or other ICT related majors
- At least 7 years ICT product in Telecommunication Industry.
Required Professional Knowledge and Skills:
1. Strong in Load Balance and Layering between multiple carrier (Idle and Connected Mode)
2. Strong in aspect how to get a better Radio Network Experience (Physical and Softpara)
3. Strong in Features and Strategic of Nokia Product within latest Nokia Software release
4. Strong in CSFB to 2G Optimization and Throubleshoot
5. Have various knowlodge on Non-RAN Domain for E2E coordination
6. Have basic product knowledge about 5G NR especially Nokia/Huawei
7. Familiar with Nokia & Huawei Radio product 2G/3G/4G" "1. Have experience on VoLTE Network and SRVCC Optimization
2. Have experience on DSS 4G/5G (Spectrum Sharing among legacy Technology)
3. Have experience on MORAN / MOCN / RAN Network Sharing
4. Proactively communication with supervisor and customer
5. Good on High Level (CXO) Presentation
6. Excellent English and communication skills
7. Customer service orientation
8. Strong problem solving skills
9. Willing to work under pressure and deadline
10. 24/7 Reachable for urgent matter
