Microwave CTN Specialist Required Urgently in South Africa (Cape Town)

Tangent International are urgently looking for a Microwave CTN Specialist to work a 3-6 month extendable contract based in South Africa (Cape Town)

Requirements:

- At least 2-3 year telecommunication experience.
- Transmission background, must have a good knowledge of Huawei equipment CTN and Aviat Microwave products.
- Outstanding communication skills, analytical skills, good computer skills.
- Strong personalities, passionate, hardworking, dedicated, able to work overtime.
- Good spoken and written English
- A team player, can adapt to multicultural working environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist TX Manager to draft workflows/specs and work instructions, plan and coordinate CTN part, control and execute them through vendors;
- Developing the CTN progress for MW and FTTS, daily interaction with our management, Client, subcontractors for project progress reviews and related issues.
- Meeting customers, collaborating with team members, delegating monthly tasks;
- Review and push approve for CTN designs submitted by 3rd party or subcontractors, ensure to deliver the documents timely and assure the quality;
