职位描述
Tangent International is currently recruiting for an experienced Business Change & Engagement Manager to join a project based in London on a 5 month extendable contract.
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following:
- Solid experience with supporting transformational change activities
- 10+ Years experience working on large scale / global business change lead programmes
- Good background with the end to end strategy of buying goods and services
- Hands on delivery focused professional change individual
- Strong background in leading the change strategy
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Extensive planning experience within a change assessment
- Good background with transferring knowledge to the change agents in the programme
- ERP Business Change project experience
- Sharepoint & PowerPoint experience is essential
- Agile or Waterfall methodology experience
- A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
