UX Designer / Business Analyst

James is looking for UX designer / Business Analyst to work on a 4-month extendable contract working in Indonesia. You should be available to start ASAP.

(Business analyst with skill in UX and Telecom Product)

Development, with the following responsibilities:

- Collaborate and empathy with customer's product development/marketing team.
- Lead the team to prototype and develop the final screen
- Lead the discussion in product development process
- Design the flow between screens in accordance with product development process
- Design each of the screens to be usable by business user (user without IT/technical background)
- Design each of the components in the screen to be usable by business user (user without IT/technical background)
- Have eyes to spot technical language, and drive the translation to business language.

Qualification

- Proactive, navigate the customer environment to get information and influence customer
- Good communication skills. Able to talk in business language
- Have knowledge of telecom product development process
- Familiar with customer persona and customer journey
