Job Description

Lee is looking for a Technical Manager to work permanently in Dallas, Texas.



The Global Telecommunications client are looking for a Technical Manager within IMS Core technologies and Cloud to start a full-time permanent opportunity based in Dallas Texas.

 

The ideal candidate is a hands-on lead/engineer with extensive experience in deploying NFV based solutions into telco customer networks. You must have managed teams of 6-8 engineers for 2-3 years at a minimum and have great interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

 

Responsibilities:

- Escalation Management & follow up on network impacting incidents is required, this position is for someone who ultimately owns the responsibility of making sure our end customers receive the quality support they expect.
- Ensure the support team meets the required targets for restoration and resolution are met as per the specific customer Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Drive the process of root-cause-analysis (RCA) for major network events, communicate to customer management and drive the appropriate corrective and operational actions to closure.
