Job Description

Lola is looking for a candidate to fill a Talent Acquisition role in Dubai (contract). You must be able to speak Arabic.



· Handle end to end recruitment activities such as job postings and candidate sourcing for the different positions.

· In-depth knowledge of effective and innovative search tools and techniques

· Manage recruitment vendors and optimize recruitment process and tools to enhance efficiency

· Make interview arrangements by liaising with the candidates and ensuring the hiring manager’s calendar is available

· Escalation of job applicants for further progress and follow through with the entire hiring process to ensure the smooth onboarding process

· Keep track of the new staff’s progress during the probation period and provide assistance wherever necessary

· Support in any other general HR-related work and/or projects.

· Collate relevant information and compile it into reports for the department

· Monitor data and KPIs of the department in order to send regular reports on updates and progress

· Attend routine meetings and take minutes, ensuring smooth operations during the meeting

· Handle daily reports related to the employees’ health status declaration and keep track of global epidemic situation


Job Requirements:

· Bachelor Degree holder

· At least 5 years of relevant experience as human resources or headhunter.

· Highly competent in executing recruitment activities independently

· Good skill in Excel to managing databases and PowerPoint

· Good skill in maintaining effective records and administration.

· Effective communication skills required for cross-functional team liaison work

· Proactive with a strong sense of responsibility to complete tasks within the timeline
