Key Role:Provide Tier II Mission Support Center support for Deployable Joint Command and Control (DJC2) and Navy Enterprise Tactical Command and Control (NETC2) systems. Provide technician-to-technician support, including coordinating with other help desk and service support organizations, as required. Maintain and enter trouble tickets into the ITSM or old Remedy knowledge base. Resolve user problems with all open trouble tickets and maintain trouble ticket maintenance actions. Provide fielding support and guidance on new versions of software. Update and validate new information assurance patches, as directed by the Mission Support Center coordinator. Maintain systems administration of the systems that reside at the client site.Basic Qualifications:-3+ years of experience with system administration, setup, and sustainment support of deployable C2 programs, including DJC2 or other deployable programs of equivalent level and scope-Secret clearance-HS diploma or GED-DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification-CompTIA Security+, MCSE, or MCSA Certification
