Job Description

Ceci is looking to hire a Storage Presales Solution Manager an EBG-(Perm role) in Finland (Finland Local Candidates only).

 

- Candidate must demonstrate excellent sales skills, including organizational, communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of the following operating systems: Windows, Linux/Unix

- Strong technical knowledge about Servers/Blades, Storage/Backup, Data Center Infrastructure like UPS/Cooling/ DC concepts and Cloud Technology.

- 3~5 years IT experience at mainstream vendors (DellEMC/NetApp/IBM/HPE etc.) or a strong Server / Storage Integrator/Distributor.

- Strong IT solution experience in design, management or implementation of systems integration projects.

- Fluent English and Finnish, another language is an advantage

- Willing to travel. Driving License B

 

Main Responsibilities:

- Develop projects with key account managers, present sales and technical presentations to customers/partners.

- Maintain good relationships with technicians from end customer/partner/ distributor side, know the IT filed in the Finland market, and contribute leads based on his/her previous relationship/contact within the industry.

- Sales support including meeting with customers, solution design with the sales team, etc. to ensure Huawei is providing the most competitive solution to the target customer.

- Develop and recommend technical solutions and commercial strategies, based on the analysis of customer business goals, objectives, needs, and deployed systems infrastructure.

- Participate in RFx responses, tenders, presentations, consultations and commercial proposals by providing product information, value argumentation, bill of materials and tender network designs.

- Initiate product improvement/customization based on market needs and competitive environment.

- Collect and analyze the competitors' solutions, pricing strategies and market share.  

- Analyze short/medium/long-term customer needs and modify the product roadmap accordingly. Conduct market research and customer surveys on products.

- Organize marketing activity for Storage products, including seminars,  conferences, advertisements, etc.

- Communicate with R&D teams and local colleagues in English on daily basis to get desired product information and help them to understand the customer needs

- Present on various IT conferences held in Finland and also abroad and participate on the organization of company conferences for end customers and partners

- Be responsible for solution delivery of different IT projects and participate on integration (technically and also as a supervision)

- Travel abroad (mainly to China) several times per Year for the technical trainings and also for the possible PoCs
