Job Description

Ross is looking for a Technical Lead to work in Japan on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate should have 7-10 years experience.

Requirements:

- Should have 5+ years of experience in Java, C++

- Should have 1-2 Years of experience working in Android/iOS development

- Good understanding of different frameworks, industry best practices

- Should have a good understanding of scalability, high availability, performance tuning, multithreading, data structure, algorithms

- Should have hands-on experience in reverse engineering product

- Strong analytical and reasoning abilities, ability to implement papers/mathematical/Algorithms to products.

- Should have been involved in design, development, documentation and delivering the product end-to-end.

- Open to learn and explore new technology/languages/frameworks for the project.
