Enterprise Solution Manager
- The IT Solution Manager (SM) of Guatemala office enterprise business is responsible for IT technical aspects at Guatemala with deep focus and insight of storage, cloud, data center facility, server.
- Using an active and practical approach, the SM will direct IT business related employees to attain IT strategic goals aligned with Huawei IT product and solution.
- Identify top account and target partner with sales team together, and align to break through using technological resources and experience
· Market insight and consult of Guatemala IT business, including top account, peer vendor, target partner and etc.
· Establish country IT sales strategy aligning with the local sales team, especially the storage market strategy
· Actively interact with the top account and target partner and lead all aspects of the IT technological development with the local sales team. Be a hands-on solution design for enterprise customers
· Work in a consultative fashion and technical engagement standing for Huawei IT, such as account workshop, IT marketing event, regional event and etc.
· Provide leadership in Guatemala IT market of Huawei IT culture, mission and values.
· Hands on with Technology a must and be willing to roll-up the selves and get things done
· Build, Learn IT related solutions hands-on with the team
· Help with Workshop and C-Level Executive engagements
· Ability to actively communicate, inspire and motivate all levels of staff.
· Ability to think and act strategically and proactively.
· Strong writing and presentation skills.
