Solution Sales Manager
Solution Architect / Pre-Sales IT Engineer

Our client are searching for a junior solution sales architect or pre-sales manager to be based in Dubai!

The ideal candidate defines the consultative engagement for solutions and address customers together with the Account Director and Product Management.

RESPONSIBILITIES & MAIN DUTIES
 Driving Solution delivery best practices and integrate feedback from solution projects
 Supports solution development programs meeting schedules by proactively testing architecture thoughts with lead customers
 Supporting sales in designing and selling solutions
 Solution architecture hands-on guidance in customer cases
 Provide solution technical description and integration guidelines
 Competence transfer to Regions (to ensure consulting, sales, marketing and delivery capability)
 Customer presentations on subject matter level and customer guidance into the subject
 Identification of customer needs and pains and demonstration of the benefit of our solutions
 Conduct customer workshop on the appropriate levels in order to define and price the solution
 Play a key role in tender/offer preparation in terms of coordination, document preparation and price strategy definition
 Taking customer requirements back to Product Management in a formalized way in order to influence the solutions / products
 Develop customer demonstration as needed
 Drive and execute Proof of Concept on customer site

KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
 University degree in the field of Information & Communication Technology
 Deep knowledge of IP technologies (Network, protocols, applications etc)
 Knowledge of telephony technologies (Fixed and Mobile) a major plus
 Broad and good foundation in IT such as OS, Network, Virtualization, SAN and Hardware
 Knowledge of Data Mining and different Analysis methods and Tools such as Link Analysis, Pattern recognition, Rule Based Queries considered a plus

PERSONAL SKILLS REQUIRED
 Customer-focused, result-oriented and initiative-based
 Fluent in spoken and written English, other languages a plus.
 Min 3 years’ experience in solution selling or solution architecture
 Excellent communication and presentation skills mandatory
 Negotiation skills a plus
 High self-motivation
 Ability to work in a team
 High motivation and inspiration, team work capabilities, organizational skills
 Good negotiating skills
 Open to new technologies and ideas
 Willing to travel abroad (up to 30%)
