Job Description

Lola is looking for a SOC+NOC Operation and Digital Transformation Engineer for a permanent role. (Algerian, Tunisian, Turkish, Egyptian or other French-speaking candidates preferred by the client.)

 

Role requirements:

- At least 10 years of working experience in the telecom field, especially in business and network consulting, CEM/SOC domain, and network operation & optimization & planning domain etc.

- Have successful business network collaboration consulting and delivery experience, have certain influence and great achievements, and have been recognized by the customer's executives. Have rich experience in business network linkage, be able to lead the team to do business and network consulting, and contribute value to the customer's senior management.

- Have a keen sense of smell and good understanding of market direction insight, and have a lot of research on revenue improvement and user development

- Have a good command of the end-to-end 234G network architecture and technologies, especially the wireless network planning & optimization, CS core network, PS/EPC core network and IMS network.

- Customer service-oriented and good presentation skills.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Good team spirit and adaptability.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Ability to work on multiple tasks at the same time and prioritize them accordingly.

 

Duties and responsibilities         

- Understand big data languages such as SQL and Python. Be able to guide and lead the team to perform topical big data analysis and value presentation.

- Excellent knowledge of service operation between OSS and BSS, good view of future network evolution and new service insight capability, and be able to communicate and as a speaker with high level customers.

- Explore regional & global telecom trends for deep understanding of Telecom Market opportunities & challenges of market development

- Collect & Analyze multiple sources of internal and external data to identify high level customer business & network pain points from multiple dimensions including Strategy, Marketing, financial figures, customer experience, services, sales channels & Network evolution.

- Formulate business and/or Network consulting solutions & recommendations to satisfy customer requirements and solve customer problems in light of customer capabilities & budgets.

- Digital transformation and SOC&NOC Operation delivery

- Keep good communication with high level customers to make plan and follow the progress with the target

- As a speaker for the presentation and workshop.
