Job Description

Tangent are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to work a 3 month extendable contract based in Bristol. 

Description The successful candidates will join a team of self-motivated Service Desk Analysts who Provide effective ICT Systems support in a professional manner. 
Applies their knowledge and experience to ensure the operational services meet business requirements for functionality, performance, availability and reliability. 

Key Attributes (incl. qualifications and professional standards):
  • Flexible in approach & able to work between 07:00 - 18:00 hrs Monday - Friday on a rota basis.
  • Enthusiastic & committed to delivery of 1st Class Customer experience.
  • Excellent telephone manner. Reliable & trustworthy. Ability to establish quick working relationships.
  • Previous Helpdesk/Service Desk experience working in an IT Technical environment.
  • Able to demonstrate knowledge and/or experience of equalities and diversity issues.
  • Excellent communications skills. Good knowledge of Helpdesk/Service Desk Incident call logging systems.
  • Key Technical Knowledge ITIL awareness and understanding, with the ability to follow processes and procedures Familiarity in preparing procedure documents and training guides.
  • Helpdesk/Service Desk 1st line support where 60%+ 1st time fix is achieved. Experience supporting Windows Operating Systems.
  • Experience working with Exchange and Active Directory.
