Service Desk Analyst urgently required to work a 2 month contract based in Bristol. Must be able to work between07:00 - 18:00 hrs Monday - Friday on a rota basis.
Applicants must be available to start ASAP and be available for a face to face interview immediately.
Key Technical Knowledge
ITIL awareness and understanding, with the ability to follow processes and procedures
Familiarity in preparing procedure documents and training guides.
Helpdesk / Service Desk 1st line support where 60%+ 1st time fix is achieved.
Experience supporting Windows Operating Systems.
Experience working with Exchange and Active Directory.
Experience of advanced MS Office support.
