Job Description

Frankie is looking for a Senior Technical Customer Success Manager to work in Germany.

In this role, you will be a key ambassador for a new product launch collaborating closely with leadership to create solutions for issues which effect customers. The role will be the first point of contact for customers as you will act as their internal voice whilst managing and providing solutions with the internal It and operations team.

You will manage customer processes to ensure smooth integration of business-to-business as well as providing a clear successful delivery of solutions according to each customer’s needs. You will actively shape the product in close collaboration with the team and customers to address market needs and to create a seamless user experience.


Role requirements:

- Knowledge of Restful APIs, SDKs or Webhooks

- Understanding of agile development processes

- Previous knowledge in customer success or customer experience

- Experience with JIRA, SalesForce and Tableau is a major plus

- Fluency in German and English.
