Senior RF Optimization Specialists Required Urgently based in Austria

Tangent International are urgently looking for a number of Senior RF Optimization Specialists to work a 6 month extendable contract based in Austria (Vienna)

Responsibility:
- P3 drive test log analysis, including Voice and Data part, voice will be mainly focus on VoLTE optimization, data will be mainly focus on LTE throughput, latency, TCP optimization
- Provide the analysis report for each failure case and the optimization proposal, such as RF tuning/parameter/feature proposals
- Optimization for OSS KPIs to reach the certain level, will be mainly focus on VoLTE commercial launch assurance
- Support feature test for new SRAN version

Job requirement:
- Fluent in English is mandatory
- Knowledge of Huawei system and tools, such as U2000, WebLMT, OMStar, FMA etc.
- Knowledge to use TEMS (investigation and discovery), mapinfo, googlemap etc.
- Have experience with Huawei project, knowledge for 2G/3G/4G, deeply in 4G and VoLTE.
- Better have experience for P3 optimization.
