A client of ours in London currently requires a Senior Mitel Engineer to join their team. This role is a Mitel installer role with some cover of support tickets of external clients. Clients locations are mainly in London however travel across the UK or Europe may be required.
Deploying and implementing Mitel solutions - Both virtualized environments and traditional hardware deployment.
Working with Project Managers, as well as other Mitel Engineers to provide excellent customer service.
Provide updates to Service Desk or Project Managers for specific clients to ensure they're resolved as quick as possible.
On call process 24/7 rota. Approx 1 week in 10.
Installation duties to be carried out when required, also work effectively with management team to reply to customer needs.
Conduct workshops to gather information and to plan the installation of Mitel solutions.
Competence to work independently to support a Mitel solution in a client environment.
Must have advanced install and troubleshooting skills around Multimedia MiCC. Minimum 3 years.
Must have experience installing and supporting:
- Mi Voice Business
- Mitel Border Gateway
- MiCC Contact Centre (including Ignite)
Must have an understanding of data networking (ideally with HP or Cisco.)
Must have an understanding how IP networks function and understand IP routing.
Customer service and communication skills
Full, clean driving license.
Willing to travel around Europe as required.
