Julia is looking for an (experienced) Senior HR Manager to work in Munich (hybrid role). Candidates MUST speak German, and will ideally have experience of working for an international company and experience working with multicultural teams (incl. Europe, US, India, Far East).


Your main responsibilities look like this:

- Responsible for the entire operational HR work in the DACH Business Region - which will progress into a Global HR role as the company grows further.
- You will be responsible for all operational activities along the entire employer lifecycle, such as drawing up contracts and documents, certificates, reports and evaluations, drawing up employment references, etc.
- Consulting and support for employees and managers in all personnel-related matters throughout the entire employee life cycle.
- You manage various HR processes operationally from A-Z, of course you are responsible for continuously improvement of processes.
- Support in deployment of Global HR Strategic initiatives.
- Preparation and support of performance management reviews incl. succession planning, 360° degree feedback, talent calibration, etc.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management in your region.
- Preparation of analyses, reports, HR policies and guidelines.
- Participation in cross-company projects.
