Job Description:
Use expertise in computer science, software development, and the latest technologies to analyze and implement analysis infrastructure and tools, analytic workflow processes, and complex data visualizations. Leverage knowledge of mathematical and statistical concepts, computer science, or domain expertise to bridge the gap between technologists and mathematicians, ensuring software solutions meet analytic requirements. Provide work leadership to junior employees.
Requirements:
TS/SCI clearance REQUIRED Experience as an R or Python developerExperience with designing analytic methods and workflowsExperience with merging data sources with varying data structures of contentExperience in feature generation and feature augmentation, pulling data from unstructured formatExperience in working with big data storage and processing techniques, including HDFS, Hive, Accumulo and Hadoop, and SparkAbility to both manage and manipulate large data sets, develop data science approaches, and manage data science tasksAbility to both manage and manipulate large data sets, develop data science approaches, and manage data science tasksbility to leverage a wide variety of data science capabilities and languagesAbility to leverage a wide variety of data science capabilities and languagesBA or BS degree required
