Pan European environment within the ERP Team in Surrey to support and provide consulting services to our customers in SAP environment. This role will require communication with customers at all levels, knowledge of the MM/ PP modules in SAP R/3 (ECC 6.0), the ability to diagnose and resolve problems and issues and to act as a consultant to customers.
The role requires strong MM/PP/LE configuration, basic ABAP knowledge and strong business analysis skills. It is necessary to work closely with the business management and users to ensure that the system meets their needs and that it is configured to provide optimal service all the time.
Degree or equivalent (in a business, accounting or computer related discipline).
Minimum of 5 years' experience in the PP/MM/LE modules in SAP, preferably with ECC 6.0At least 2 lifecycle implementationExperience of working in a large multi-national company in a support and development role.
Good Experience of consulting and support with customers.Experience within configuration, enhancements and support Previous experience or involvement within continuous improvement/business analysis projects (preferred though not essential)
Knowledge of SD, LE would be an advantage.Self-starter, able to work minimal supervision, takes responsibility, works under pressure, show initiative and have good problem solving and communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of sales and logistics practices and processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Must be free to travel within Europe as required.Largely autonomous role; so good client facing skills with experience of all levels of people and comfortable with working with senior managers within IT and the business.Good understanding of ITSM process and service desk operations
HOURS OF WORK37.5 hour week. Some weekend and evening work may be required for emergencies and projects.
