Job Description

Kaifeng is looking for a Sales Supervisor to work in Ivory Coast on a permanent basis. 

In this role you will organize and train the sales team by formulating long-term and periodic sales strategies to ensure the achievement of various sales and point management indicators (according to the requirements of the sales plan and marketing strategy of the hardware department store business center).

 

Job Responsibilities:
1) Participate in the formulation of departmental sales plans, sales policies and sales development strategies, propose plans for breaking down specific sales targets, and formulate and complete sales plans;

2) Organize the implementation of sales plans to ensure the successful completion of sales ;

3) Responsible for local market sales Collect, organize and analyze product information and samples, and do a good job in developing new products ;

4) Keep abreast of the progress of subordinates' work, supervise and inspect the implementation of sales plans and the use of sales fees, and ensure the normal operation of sales work;

5) Find and solve problems in the sales process in time ;

6) Participate in the formulation and revision of various sales contracts and sales plans ;

7) Organize staff to develop and maintain sales channels and increase sales ;

8) Verify and organize and track accounts receivable;

9) Organize the establishment and improvement of customer files, visit customers regularly and maintain good cooperative relationships with customers ;

10) Manage customer credit ratings by notes and formulate credit ratings;

11) Instruct and supervise sales staff to maintain good cooperative relationship with customers and prevent loss of customers ;

12) Responsible for building and training the sales team to ensure combat effectiveness of the team ;

13) Develop sales incentive commission plans, and organize;

14) Responsible for recruiting and evaluating subordinate employees to ensure the normal operation of the sales team.

 

Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree that is less than 35 years old (Master's degree is preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in African steel channel sales (local experience in Ivory Coast is preferred).
- Fluency in the French language.
- Team management skills: able to reasonably divide the work, solve most of the problems of the department, form the effective team
- Able to master business knowledge, to be able to solve most business difficulties and to discover potential risks
- Proficiency in EXCEL and cost accounting logic, able to analyze the cost base of the current business
- Able to understand the needs of Chinese managers and communicate with local teams; have negotiation skills when communicating with external parties
