Job Description

Tangent international are currently searching for an energetic, motivated Sales Executive with Hunter mentality to work for our client, a global leader in MDM, PIM & PLM solutions. The ideal candidate will be based in Switzerland and will have previous experience in selling complex enterprise software solutions for a best of breed vendor with agile growth rates, ideally across multiple industries.

If you are an individual that thinks outside the box, has genuine hunger for sales, proven track record, consultative selling approach within the software industry I want to hear from you!

As the Sales Executive you will report directly to the VP of European Sales and will play a key role in growing the company’s and customer base, this is an exciting position that requires an experienced individual to be hands on and steer the dynamic working environment with passion and energy.

Objectives and responsibilities

  • Develop new business across Switzerland, bring in new company logos
  • Deliver winning proposals, develop, progress and maintain pipeline
  • Presentations to C Level employees, win new business via value add/solution centric selling and signing of new logo licence contracts

Experience

  • Experienced in selling for a best of breed vendor with agile growth rates
  • Proven experience within the software industry - preferably within Master Data Management and/or Information Management/Product Information Management or ERP, CRM - Software Solution Selling etc
  • Several years of experience within B2B selling enterprise software solutions working in an international organisation
  • Pure Hunter like mentality
  • Proven consultative sales techniques and approach
  • Experience working with IT System Integrators is an advantage
  • Previous experience selling into and across multiple industries
