Job Description

My client is a renowned multinational Manufacturer; they are urgently looking for a Sales Director to be based in Germany on a permanent basis. The successful candidates will have/be

  • Bachelor degree or above in any relevant discipline 
  • A minimum of 8 years´ proven success in selling office supplies and evidence of consistently meeting sales and revenue targets - preferably in aftermarket printer consumables
  • Knowledge of the compatible or remanufactured printer supplies industryExcellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent self-management skills as this role requires autonomy, accountability and responsibility
  • Fluent in English AND German is a MUST
  • Must be eligible to work in Germany to be considered
  • Must be able to travel nationally

You will be responsible for

  • Building lasting relationships with distribution and resellers partners at all levelsProspecting target new customers
  • Developing sales strategy and territory plan for the designated area in order to achieve sales turnover and gross-profit targets
  • Gathering, consolidating, analyzing and reporting sales and marketing data
  • Consistently achieving assigned revenue goals on a quarterly and annual basis
  • Collaborating with all resources to win opportunitiesManaging sales cycles and pipeline
  • Client care - before, during, and after the partnership is created
