Tangent International are urgently looking for a number of RF Optimization Engineers to work a 3-6 month rolling contract to be based in South Africa (Cape Town)
Requirements:
National Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
+3 years managed service experience
Responsibilities:
Provide optimization UMTS/LTE support for radio network optimization and performance maintenance.
Plan and implement radio network optimization projects and management.
Worst cell daily network monitoring, including in-depth technical optimization.
Liaison with regional and head office clientele
Provide support for cluster optimization assisting RF planning team.
