Job Description
大家新年好，华为厄瓜多尔需要一名RF顾问，具体要求如下，
1. 中方或者外籍，西班牙语和英语为工作语言；
2. 具备良好的UMTS和LTE技能；熟悉华为网络和设备；
3. 沟通能力强，负责RF侧的客户交流，客户需求和客户期望值管理，能与客户进行技术与方案&流程的交流；具备一定的客户侧谈判能力（如与客户进行验收方案和KPI等谈判）；
4. 端到端的项目交付经验，能参与端到端的项目的RF相关方案、策略、流程制定和完整的RF交付进展和结果管理；
5. 项目周期：尽快到位，大于6个月
