Retail and Digital Kiosk Manager
Our client, A giant in the Telecommunications and Media industries, is searching for a Retail and Digital Kiosk Manager to grow the retail business across the UAE region by managing multiple kiosks and a team of 30+ sales executives.
- Working with the key internal and external stake holders to provide a full and costed solution.
- Working to cost possible site locations and final costing.
- Working with external agencies to staff support costs for promotional stands
- The ability to deliver set KPI’s including:
- ROI focused
- Ability work with a cross functional team
- Sales & Acquisition targets
- Brand & Marketing communication
- Working within and understanding cost per acquisition guidelines ( Sales & Marketing)
- Customer satisfaction
- Healthy Channel relationships that deliver results
- Competitor insights & Commercial changes
- Securing promotional activity
- Previous event management would be advantageous
- Ability to plan, co-ordinate and prioritise activities.
- Reporting to Head of Sales & Distribution
- Promotional and brand execution with marketing team
- Quarterly forecasting and planning sessions
- Weekly meetings in line with set KPI’s
- Retail Quarterly reviews
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in UAE market
- Ability to plan, co-ordinate and prioritize activities
- Understanding promotional or direct sales and advantage
- Ability to think outside the box
- Excellent communication skills (Oral / Written)
- PC proficient
- Possess a strong performance- and results orientation
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Analysis skills
- Creative, flexible, resilient and fun to work with
- Trust worthy
- Fluent in English.
