Job Description

They also operate on 55% profit due to our Direct Sales model!They  have been repeatedly short-listed on the Forbes list for the most innovative companies in the world for the last several years and we have over 250,000 clients worldwide, including the main blue chip manufacturers.


This is a brand new position within their HR/Recruitment team. You will be a member of the department, reporting to the Sales and Admin Manager. Primarily supporting the Senior HR Officer to recruit the best talent for their business focusing on but not limited to:·        

  • CV screening
  • Interview day 
  • 1st stage, online interview evaluation
  • Face to face interviewing
  • Recruitment database administration
  • Candidate feedback
  • Liaising with recruitment agencies to keep volume of CVs high
  • Travel to other regional offices on occasion (Manchester, Newcastle, Birmingham, Dublin, Milton Keynes)

The desired candidate for the role will have the following attributes

  • Able to establish and maintain professional interpersonal relationships
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize completion of multiple tasks in a timely fashion
  • Ability to accurately document, record and maintain information and data
  • Approaches work with a high sense of urgency
  • Enjoys working in a highly target driven environment
  • Integrity - the role requires appropriate handling of confidential and sensitive information

Qualifications and Experience

  • Must be educated to degree level (Bachelor's degree - any discipline)
  • Profound knowledge of Microsoft-based applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience in recruitment beneficial but not essential
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK
