Job Description

Receptionist needed in UK Slough Office


Job responsibilities: 

To ensure the reception area is always clean - general office maintenance

To ensure the kitchen is clean at the beginning and at the end of the day

Answer and Transfer internal and external calls

To ensure all the meeting rooms are clear ready to use

Collate stationery information and updates to provide to Admin Officer

Dealing with in/out post daily

Ensure all individuals sign in and out of the building (passes etc)

Keep the refreshments updated - pass information to the Admin Officer

Monthly print off the meeting room schedule

Further duties will be amended and advised as by the Admin Officer

Admin related duties

Essential knowledge/skills: 

Professional manner at all times

How to deal with calls internal and external

Manage workload

Prioritise effectively and take the role as an important part of the business

Essential experience: 

Fluent English speaking and writing

Prefer Mandarin (Chinese)
