Job Description

Quality Manager


1.      Manage and supervise the work for quality team members;

2.      Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout organization;

3.      Setting QA compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved;

4.      Defining quality procedures in conjunction with deployment and maintenance staff;

5.      Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training;

6.      Write reports or other documents about projects' status or daily / weekly / monthly activity, requested by direct manager

7.      Promote quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization

8.      Responsible for other assignments requested by direct manager;

9.      Share the experience to all team members;

10.   Respects all internal rules and regulations related to work, administrative tasks, reports and company internal order regulation.

Qualification & Requirements:

1.    Bachelor Degree or higher education in Telecommunications /Electronics Engineering / IT / BA or equivalent

2.    4 years experience in Quality Assurance in Telco industry, previous working experience in big telecommunication operators is preferred.

3.    Team leader with strong analytical and problem solving skills

4.    Proactive, self-motivated and with rich communication skill

5.    Proficient in English

6.    Must have a thoroughly understanding of Quality Assurance tools and techniques in Telco industry

7.    Quality audit training will be an advantage (ISO9000:2000, TL9000)8.     Due to visa issue, only Europeans will be considered for this role
