Job Description
Tangent International are looking to recruit a Product Manager to work a 6month extendable contract based in Surrey for a major Pharmaceutical organisation.
ROLE SUMMARY
Business Development
• Part of the IDM Business Development Core Group to drive proactive scouting of regional opportunities that align with our IDM RD priorities
• Leading IDM specific commercial forecast models to set the sales forecast, probabilities and risks
• Leveraging insights from cross-functional colleagues to drive BD opportunities assessment and building a recommendation
Pipeline
• Support IDM New Products Lead in developing launch readiness plans for the pipeline products with specific focus on:
o Understanding key regional insights and developing regional patient models/revenue forecasts
o Designing and implementing market research across key countries in IDM to fulfill data gaps working together with BAI
o Supporting key country inputs in development of plans, as well as rollout of regional support/roadshow/key pipeline activities with markets, including the delivery of Quarterly Pipeline Updates to IDM cross-functional colleagues
o Support IDM Pipeline Steering Group by driving the agenda and following up with cross-functional group to ensure alignment and effective resolution of pipelines related issues
QUALIFICATIONS
Fluency in English is required
• Bachelor degree required, MBA is preferred
• Prior regional/global marketing or commercial development experience, preferably in Europe
• Ability to synthesize complex information and distill critical customer driven insights
• Experience of accurate revenue forecasting and assumption generation
• Ability to frame projects to clearly define objectives, work plan, key stakeholders, and decision-
making process
• Ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships with different cultures to influence and
collaborate
• Proven experience in execution – ability to bring strategy and analysis to a tactical level and get
projects started and drive to completion
• Knowledge of Rare Disease space and/or International Developed Markets are preferred
Some travel will be required - 15-20% of travel: New York once every 6 months and European countries the rest of the time
