Process Manager. London, 12 month contract.
A global, pharmaceutical client of mine is currently looking for a Process Manager for a new service they are rolling out. This is a 12 month contract based in London.
The Workplace Adjustments Service (WAS) provides the necessary adjustments that allow individuals to be their best selves and be productive at work. The importance of WAS is immeasurable.
Working in collaboration with the WAS manager, a variety of stakeholders and partners you will:
- Contribute to the developing and adapting WAS model as appropriate to ensure successful launch and delivery in other markets, initially the US in 2018 and other markets to follow, likely from 2019 onwards
- Organise, attend and represent WAS at project meetings, positively engaging with internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Respond to WAS mailbox and other email enquiries relating to the service
- Collate and present analysis of WAS service metrics
