Kai is looking for Pre-sales Solutions Engineers to work in Singapore on a permanent basis. Please note that the client is only accepting applications from Singapore locals.
- Partner with the sales team to articulate the overall Cloudwise value proposition, vision and strategy to customers
- Deliver product and technical presentations with potential clients
- Have a direct line of communication with the product team to collaborate on feature requests
- Serve as a consultant to technical stakeholders on how to approach monitoring and observability
- Help clients onboard the product and assist when they run into roadblocks.
- Think creatively about a wide variety of technical challenges during the presales life cycle
- Someone with 5+ years closing knowledgeable and experienced with either software development, DevOps monitoring or security engineering
- Comfortable and confident in delivering technical presentations/demos to either external customers or internal teams
- Able to think creatively about a wide variety of challenges. You're going to find new things every day
- Highly ambitious, with a desire to continually learn new technologies to build competitive knowledge, technical skill, and credibility
- Experience with container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes
- Experience in systems administration: Windows, Linux
- Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud, Huawei Cloud
- Experience with application development in one of the following languages: Java, Python, Ruby, Go, Node.JS, PHP, or .NET
- Strong knowledge of current infrastructure and monitoring solutions and technologies.
- Experience with DevOps practices and DevOps tools such as logging solutions or APM product
- Customer support or customer facing experience in any industry.
