• The role of the ecommerce Operations Specialist focuses on supporting the company's growing eCom channel.
• This includes standard weekly reporting, ad hoc reporting and analysis, to enable eCom visibility to key performance trends and indicators.
• The successful candidate will be an individual who is detail orientated, loves ecommerce Operations and all the associated nuances of a dynamic & thriving business unit, has the patience to dive deep into specific areas to understand at a granular level the driver's issues that come up. 
  
  Job Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in ecommerce supply chain & logistics, retail, consulting or in a strategic, business analyst capacity
• 3+ years' work experience that demonstrates proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• High integrity and strong business ethics
