OSS Delivery Engineer Required Urgently in Reading

Tangent International are urgently looking for a OSS Delivery Engineer to work a 6-12 month rolling contract based in Reading 

Job Summary

- We are now looking for an OSS Delivery Engineer to plan, implement and maintain telecom OSS systems. The scope of work will include the scenarios of delivery, maintenance, upgrade and technic support and have to cooperate with suppliers, customers and 3rd party vendors in order achieve project target.

Responsibilities

- Install and configure software including RedHat Enterprise Linux, Oracle database, Telecom OSS/NRM system, TIBCO integration bus etc.

- Administrate, maintain, upgrade and provide technical support for Telecom OSS systems and its host environment.

- Work with supplier, customer and 3rd party vendors to collect and analyze system requirement, design and deliver system solution, prepare and execute system test cases.

- Work with supplier, customer and 3rd party vendors to collect and analyze system integration requirement, design and deliver system integration solution, prepare and execute system integration test cases.

- Have E2E understanding about project requirement and technology

Key Qualifications

- Education: Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Communication etc)

- 3-5 years experiences in system deployment, maintenance and test experience.- 

- Working experiences with Linux OS, Shell script, Oracle PL/SQL, FTP/SFTP, Python / PHP / Java programming

Additional Requirements

- If you have Telecom OSS/NRM or TIBCO Integration Bus system implementation experience that would be an advantage
