Tangent International are urgently looking for a LTE RF Expert to work a 3 month rolling contract in Ukraine (Kiev)
 
- Latest 3 years should be the Huawei LTE (GUL) RF.
- 4T4R expansion and improvement
- Sector splitter and traffic balancing
- Massive MIMO
- Huawei eRAN R13.1 and related feature optimization
- High load cells optimization
- Low throughput optimization
- GUL inter-networking and evolution strategy
- GSM, UMTS optimization skills.
- Deep Signaling analysis skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- Will to teach the members and improve the skills of members.
