Job Description

Justine is looking to hire an IT Recruiter /Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a technology client permanently in Switzerland. This role can be remotely based, or hybrid and is a great opportunity to work with the best for a company that is about to expand in a huge way!


Role responsibilities:

- Develop new recruiting concepts and measures and implement them, take care of the development and maintenance of a talent pool and actively steer talent relationship management

- Manage the candidates throughout the process.

- Manage our recruiting processes and are responsible for actively searching for and approaching candidates via social media, personal contacts, regional network, etc.

- Work with key job boards, and other social platforms for full exposure,

- Carry out administration needed for the roles and negotiation of contracts and conditions.


The candidate:

- IT & Software recruitment experience is a must.

- Excellent in verbal and written German and English is essential please only apply if you speak German fluently

- Social media, job boards for sourcing/recruiting, building relationships and help contribute to an overall recruitment strategy/brand.

- Ability to proactively source candidates and build pipelines for existing and future requirements. Identify great talent!

- A good communicator who is able to build excellent relationships with candidates.

- Proactive, self-motivated, goal-oriented and go-getter attitude is a must for this role.
