Job Description

Kai is looking for a IP Product Manager to work in Riyadh (KSA) on a permanent basis.


Role responsibilities:
1) Provide support to sales account manager and respond to customer and prospect queries.
2) Have fluent experience to guide customer requirements, and design the most proper solution to meet customer needs.
3) Have deep understanding for Government and FSI industries, applications and the trends of customer requirement.
4) Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies,take charge of the customer relationship with technical customers.
5) Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience, and get the PO in time.
6) Stay up-to-date with new products, features and solutions from HQ & global Server , Storage and Cloud industry launches and ensure sales team is on board.
7) Suggest sales process improvements In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
8) Familiar with Saudi market in Server, Storage & Cloud domain and can support to optimze the market strategy and tactic, can support to enhance the ecosystem with partners in Saudi market

 

Requirements:
- 5+ years of working experience
- Experienced professional with knowledge of enterprise Market (who has a good relationship with Saudi TOP channel will be preferred) and customer sales best practices. 
- Candidate should also be able to interpret sales metrics and be goal-oriented. 
- Expect candidate to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills.
- Should be able to contribute to creating and maintaining good technical-level customer relationships

 

Required skills:
